I’M a big believer in listening to your body and feeding your soul. I believes optimum health starts with loving yourself, your body and your mind.
Pandora Paloma is an Intuitive Living Coach and Founder of ROOTED LONDON. She specialises in Women's Health, Intuitive Eating and Living and Self-love Empowerment. Known for her intuitive approach, Pandora works to support individuals to return to their roots - their true form - and in turn, their true potential.
Pandora has a decade of experience having trained in Naturopathic Nutrition and Intuitive Eating with an additional 100 hours of additional nutritional training in women's health. She is a trained Life Coach and a 200 hour trained Yoga Teacher, specialising in Vinyasa flow and restorative yoga, as well as a meditation and breathework teacher and and Reiki healer.
Pandora has been a foodie since day dot, but for a long time her relationship with food was obsessive and unhealthy. Living with self-loathing and emotional issues just had to stop, and so over a decade ago, she began her healing journey, learning alternative ways to heal and build a better relationship not just with food, but with herself. She found connection in listening to her body and understanding what she really hungry for. She found it. She fed it.
She is based in London and Kent where she works privately and with corporate clients. She also hosts group workshops, healing sessions and yoga and nutrition workshops, as well as hosting retreats in the UK and abroad. Her transformative 6 Week Intuitive Eating and Living Online Programme is offered throughout the year.
Residencies include: Soho House Group, Spotify and Nicholas Kirkwood and she has worked with Adidas, Aveda, Freepeople, Topshop and Puma, to name a few.
She has written expert advice and comment for the UK’s leading magazines including Stylist, Elle, Brydie, Refinery 29, Women’s Health, Hip & Healthy and Get the Gloss and hosted talks for Stylist Live and the Lulu Lemon Community.
When Pandora isn't spreading health advice self-love and empowerment, she is found walking on beaches in Thanet with her two dogs, dancing to techno and ambient sounds, cooking and eating (intuitively of course).
