Intuitive Eating helps you to become an expert of yourself and find the ability to distinguish between physical and emotional cues of hunger. It sounds easy but with the modern world adding layers and layers of stress and imbalance, our intuition is fighting its way through the noise. I know this because I lived this way for many years. Having trained in Intuitive Eating, I now live harmoniously and consciously - connecting my mind and body. I want to share this knowledge and philosophy with you.

This programme is a 6 week course that overrides the myths that your mind has created about food and diet. WEEK ONE: SELF-LOVE IS TRUE LOVE (learning to love your body, body intelligence, and making space for numero uno)
WEEK TWO: YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK (banishing toxic self-talk, overcoming comparison and seeing things differently)
WEEK THREE: UNDERSTANDING INTUITION (what is intuition, how to develop a relationship with it, trust it and follow it)
WEEK FOUR: FEED YOUR SOUL (managing emotional eating, why food really is your friend and why diet culture is dead)
WEEK FIVE: FINDING SATISFACTION (how to live a life full of satisfaction, from foods and beyond)
WEEK SIX: MAKE YOUR OWN RULES (bringing it all together, your way)
x 1 one-to-one 60 minute introductory skype session with me where we get to know each other, set an intention for your journey and go through your body awareness, current mind-frame and relationship surrounding food

I suggest giving yourself 3-4 hours a week to include the webinar, meditations and journalling and homework (don't worry, it's all fun!), and journalling. How much time you invest is up to you, but the more you allow, the more the magic can happen. All webinars will be recorded and all handouts and guides are yours to keep therefore if you do get behind, you can make it up in your own time.

I also offer 1-2-1 Intuitive Eating coaching sessions and ask for no more than 3 sessions to be booked to over a month period, so we can really get down and see results fast.
The Intuitive Eating programme is offered as a personalised one-to-one service over a 10 week period, or longer should you wish to have breaks in-between sessions. I do however advise the programme is done within a 3 month period to keep momentum!
This can be set to dates that suit you and in your own time, either via Skype or in person. The one-to-one service is personalised to YOU, allowing us to go deeper with healing and unblocking the baggage or emotions held around food.

Personalised Ongoing 1-2-1 Sessions - £90 for 60 minutes
NOTE: Learning to be an Intuitive Eater may not come overnight and for some, it takes years to get there. This course gives you a solid starting point and the foundations of the Intuitive Eating steps, plus some supportive healing work from me, to help you get there. In Intuitive Eating there are gifts that come in regularly, not just when you things are going well so I ask my clients to come from a place of curiosity, not judgement.
