Intuitive Eating helps you to become an expert of yourself and find the ability to distinguish between physical and emotional cues of hunger. It sounds easy but with the modern world adding layers and layers of stress and imbalance, our intuition is fighting its way through the noise. Having trained in Intuitive Eating and learnt to re-connect to her intuition, Pandora now lives harmoniously and consciously, connecting her mind and body. In this programme, she shares her philosophy and knowledge with you.
This 6 week programme helps to override the myths that your mind has created about food and diet, helps you to break free from the ongoing battle with your body and re-establish a relationship with your intuition.

WEEK ONE: SELF-LOVE IS TRUE LOVE
(learning to love your body, body intelligence and self-love tools)
WEEK TWO: YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK
(banishing toxic self-talk, identifying the voice in your head and changing how it talks to you, overcoming comparison, tools to create a kinder voice and to think things differently)
WEEK THREE: UNDERSTANDING INTUITION
(what is intuition with tools on how to develop a relationship with it, trust it and follow it)
WEEK FOUR: FEED YOUR SOUL
(the basics principles of Intuitive Eating, understanding the diet dilemma, learning why food really is your friend, making peace with food and the tools to manage emotional eating)
WEEK FIVE: FINDING SATISFACTION
(the tools to live a life full of satisfaction, from foods and beyond)
WEEK SIX: MAKE YOUR OWN RULES
(bringing it all together, creating your own rules, a guide to affirmations and visualisations and how to stay on track)
Each weekly live webinar starts at 7.30pm and finishes by 9.30pm. I suggest giving yourself an additional 1-2 hours a week for the homework (don't worry, it's all fun!), which will include meditations, journalling and re-visiting the recorded webinar should you feel the need. How much time you invest is up to you, but the more you allow, the more the magic can happen. All webinars will be recorded and all handouts and guides are yours to keep therefore if you do get behind, you can make it up in your own time.

NOTE: Learning to be an Intuitive Eater may not come overnight and for some, it takes years to get there. This course gives you a solid starting point and the foundations of the Intuitive Eating steps, plus some supportive healing work from me, to help you get there. In Intuitive Eating there are gifts that come in regularly, not just when you things are going well so I ask my clients to come from a place of curiosity, not judgement.
